-How do I purchase a reading?
Click “Pre-Schedule Online” at the top menu
Select the reader & times that work best for you. All readings are Central Standard Time (CST).

–Do I need special equipment or a computer to receive a reading?
You will need a computer for the Virtual Fair or a smart phone. Anyone can join using Zoom on your desktop or mobile app if you already have it. A Zoom account is not required for a private reading session.
–What if I am having trouble connecting or entering my reading?
You will be parked into a waiting room and the reader will bring you in to your private session momentarily. Please wait do not hang up.
–What do I need to prepare for the reading?
We would love for you to experience the clarity you are seeking. Here are some tips to assist you during your reading. We recommend finding a quiet space where you feel relaxed and will not be disturbed. It’s often handy to write a few specific questions down before the reading starts so you can remember exactly what you want to ask. What areas of life do I desire the most clarity? (ex: relationships, prosperity, life purpose) Also keep a pen and paper handy to write down any important information you may be given.
–Can I purchase a virtual reading the day of?
Absolutely! Our schedule board is open! Readings start at 12:o0 pm and the last session starts 5:45 pm. To book a session go to the main menu on our website and click “Pre-Schedule Online”.
–Is the virtual reading as effective as an in person reading?
Virtual readings are just as effective as in person readings.
–What if I want more time?
The schedule board will be open to book additional sessions. You will have to schedule and purchase another session. The last reading starts at 5:45 pm. We have a 2 session limit per reader if they are available.
-What if I am Late for my reading?
If you are late to your session you will receive the remainder of your scheduled session and not the full 15 minutes.
–How do I shop the Live Virtual Marketplace?
The Live Virtual Market Place is an event taking place on Sunday 4/5/2020. The Live Virtual Market items will be one of a kind! To see what we have in store visit the website for a virtual experience! Join our live feed showcasing our vendors and their shops.
–Is the Virtual Marketplace open all month long?
The Virtual Marketplace is different from the Live Marketplace. The Live Marketplace items from our vendors are only available on the day of the fair 4/5/2020. The Virtual Marketplace Vendor shops are open for shopping all month long.
–How will I receive my product?
The Vendor will ship your item.
–How do I contact the concierge if I am experiencing issues?
Our website has a fantastic concierge team. On our main page look on the right hand side chat box. Click “Send us a message”. Then Enter your information (Name, Phone, & Email) and we will be with you shortly.
