As a young child, Jordyn began having premonitions of tornadoes and the weather. Her visions continued and even went into warning of family crisis that would happen. Coming from a conservative religious household, her family didn’t know how to nurture her psychic insight, or what to call it.
Her great grandmother passed away during her teen years, and after the funeral, she sought Jordyn out in spirit form to pass along messages to the family. Many people in the family had been closer to her great grandmother over the course of her life, causing Jordyn to be confused on why she had chosen her to relay this information, and didn’t think anyone would believe her. Jordyn, asked her “Why are you coming to me? “, “You have the gift”, her grandmother replied. Once Jordyn delivering this message to her family, it gave everyone a deep sense of peace.
As an adult, though she continued to experience her gifts, she never tried to expand them. She continued in the day-to-day to become a licensed massage therapist, went to culinary school, waited tables, worked as a secretary and went down multiple different career avenues, and yet nothing felt quite right. While pursuing her massage career, she got attuned to reiki energy to expand her offerings. After this energy shift, her gifts began to blossom with renewed light. This set off a spiritual awakening, connecting her to deities and had a growing connection to lunar cycles and cosmos. She was called to dive deeper into the psychic realm to learn what her spiritual gifts were. She began reading tarot and connected deeply with this practice which allowed her to access deeper levels of understanding of the divine. From then on, her gifts began to make themselves known and clairvoyance evolved and expanded through the cards. She had been studying shamanism with a Shaman, and this gave her a better grasp of connecting with spirit guides, and how to communicate with the spirit world. She is a Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, and combines all of her spiritual skill sets to weave powerful healings. Now, she has taken a career doing readings professionally, starting a business called Moonlights Apothecary (magically infused products), continues to develop her mediumship, witchcraft, healing and shamanic practitioner work.
